RatioGrid's app does not collect or transmit your calculations, presets, usage information, device identifiers or personal information to us.

What stays on your device

Calculations run locally. Named presets and the result-precision setting are stored in the app's private local storage. The app has no account, login, cloud backend, advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. It does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone. It does not upload your app data.

You can delete individual presets in the app. Removing the app and its local data removes the library. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, operating-system backup or restore services may retain or restore app data according to your settings; RatioGrid does not operate those services. On Android, the app excludes its data from cloud backup and device-transfer backup.

Copying results

When you choose a Copy action, RatioGrid writes the selected result to the system clipboard. It does not read clipboard contents. On Apple platforms, it uses a local-only pasteboard option rather than Universal Clipboard. On Android, it uses the Android system clipboard. The operating system and any app into which you paste the result may handle that text under their own practices.

Purchases and external services

App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google respectively, under their own privacy practices. RatioGrid's core calculations and presets work offline. Visiting this website or sending a support email requires a connection and is separate from use of the app.

This website and support email

The page source contains no account form, advertising or publisher analytics script. The website host and its delivery providers may inject security challenge code and process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the pages. The app's data-collection statement does not mean the website has no infrastructure logs.

If you email support, we and the services that deliver the email receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated private information. You can request removal of support correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
